Information we collect
We collect account identity and email verification details, your fixed consumer or contractor role, profile information you choose to provide, project and bid details, approximate service areas, photos, approved-match messages, reports, and security or audit records.
Workdoe does not collect payment card details, browser geolocation, or an exact project address in this beta. Do not put an address, access code, phone number, or email address in a public project description.
How we use information
We use information to verify accounts, publish and match local projects, show relevant contractor profiles, open messaging after a client approves a bid, prevent abuse, moderate content, send account or service messages, and maintain marketplace and security records.
Who can see it
Public visitors receive limited project summaries and approximate map pins. Signed-in contractors can see project briefs and job photos for available work. Clients can review bids and relevant contractor profiles. Approved participants can use a private message thread. Active administrators can review records needed for moderation and security.
Service providers supporting the beta may process limited information on Workdoe's behalf. These include the identity, hosting, email, bot-protection, and map services needed to run Workdoe. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.
Retention and choices
We keep records only while they are reasonably needed to operate the beta, investigate abuse, meet legal obligations, and respond to requests. The controlled beta does not yet promise a fixed deletion period.
Email admin@workdoe.com to request access, correction, or deletion. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute preservation, or legal compliance.
Age and changes
Workdoe accounts are for adults who are at least 18 years old and able to enter a service agreement. We may update this notice as the beta changes and will revise the effective date when we do.
